## Description

The Black Mountain Board of Adjustment will meet on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room in the Town Hall Building, 160 Midland Avenue, Black Mountain, N.C. The purpose of this meeting is to hear a variance request for 500 Blue Ridge Road, PIN #0609-81-9540.00000, and 99999 Blue Ridge Road, PIN #0609-91-2512.00000, to be exempt from requiring a 30' buffer horizontally from each side of the top of the bank of the stream and an additional 20' transitional area on each side of the top of the bank of the stream for the two unnamed tributaries. The meeting is open to the public.
