Blueway & Greenway System Overview and Silver Line Park Feedback: Beyond Riverside Park, the meeting included a broader overview of the Blueway and Greenway system, clarifying areas already accessible versus those under development. Walt raised concerns about the pavilion’s location and accessibility, suggesting a potential relocation to improve flow. Several committee members echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the need for clear signage and designated takeout areas along the river to enhance safety and enjoyment.

What's Next for Riverside Park & the Greenway System? Several key action items emerged from the meeting, impacting the future of these projects:

• Bank Stabilization Research: The Parkway Planning Agency (PFA) will research and present various bank stabilization solutions, including cost estimates.
• Electrical Outlet Feasibility Study: Luke will investigate the costs and practicality of adding electrical outlets for food trucks.
• Design Consultation: The committee will consult with architects to explore restroom exterior options (wood slats versus a mural).
• Commissioner Presentation: The PGAC will prepare recommendations and information to present to the commissioners on May 17th.
• Video Update Release: Equinox will finalize and release a video update on the Riverside Park project within two to four weeks, providing residents with a visual preview of the evolving design.
