Event Preview
The Board of Adjustment will meet on June 11th to consider a request from Precision Automated Solutions, who want to operate a repair business in an existing warehouse on Jeeter Shell Avenue. This will involve a public hearing where the applicant can present their plans and residents have an opportunity to share any concerns or support. The Board will then deliberate and vote on whether to grant the company a special use permit, which would allow them to operate at that location.
Beyond this main item, the Board will also formally approve minutes from their previous meeting and schedule their next session for July 9th. Residents interested in providing input on the Precision Automated Solutions proposal should submit written comments by Friday, June 7th.
This meeting provides a chance for the community to learn about and potentially influence decisions impacting local business operations. Details on other items being addressed at the meeting can be found in a separate document, "BOA AGENDA 6-11-2024.PDF."
