Town Council Meeting

The Town Council will convene a meeting on June 10th to address several important community matters. Discussions are expected around zoning regulations, specifically considering a request from BSC Holdings to extend their conditional approval for a residential development on Cane Creek Road. A public hearing will also be held to review proposed changes to the town's Land Development Code, which could impact future construction and development projects.

A significant portion of the meeting will be dedicated to finalizing the town's budget for the upcoming fiscal year. Residents are encouraged to attend and participate in this public hearing, as their input is valuable during the budget discussion. Additionally, the Council will be discussing and potentially approving a new contract with Fletcher Fire & Rescue, ensuring continued vital services for our community.

Finally, the Council will review reports from various town departments, providing an update on ongoing initiatives and operations. Following this meeting, the Council will hold an agenda review session on July 1st and a regular meeting on July 8th. A free summer concert is scheduled for July 13th, featuring "Tuxedo Junction."
