Mayor Pro-Tem George nominated Joey Lynch. Councilmember Plaag nominated Julia Moretz. After a brief discussion, Joey Lynch was nominated for a full term, and Julia Moretz was nominated to fill the remainder of the unexpired V. White term.

Limit Parking Kiosks to Two Hours on ASU Game Days
Councilmember Plaag moved to limit kiosks to a two-hour time limit for public downtown parking spaces on ASU football game days or any other ASU-related events, such as concerts, that would draw a large number of people, and to allow for Town Manager discretion in implementation. Councilmember Tugman seconded the motion.
