Limit Parking Kiosks to Two Hours on ASU Game Days
Councilmember Plaag moved to limit kiosks to a two-hour time limit for public downtown parking spaces on ASU football game days or any other ASU-related events, such as concerts, that would draw a large number of people, and to allow for Town Manager discretion in implementation.
