    Ms. Oliva moved to approve the minutes and the Findings of Fact & Conclusions of Law of the July 12, 2026 meeting. Ms. Bowen asked to amend the minutes to reflect it being the commission's duty, not her duty specifically to amend the design standards. This motion was seconded by Mr. Holt and carried unanimously.
