Cleaner people records across every local government board

We audited the membership rosters of all 55 boards, commissions, and councils we track and repaired 88 data errors: officials from one government incorrectly listed on another's board, staff members misclassified as voting members, and duplicate people created by document scanning errors — so 'People' pages now reflect who actually serves where.
